Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Ontrac or U.S. Postal Service. 

We currently ship only within the United States. Including: 

  • American Samoa
  • Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii

Not available to P.O. Boxes. 

Standard Shipping: Free (3–4 business days)

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping information, as we cannot reroute packages once shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied to your order. All additional charges during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or any other customer error, you will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Refunds will be issued for the item, minus the shipping cost.

Damages

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your dog bed arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged product for the claim.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at service@doggyaffairs.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping fees, as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Once the package is in transit, we cannot process refunds or cancellations. If you need to cancel, you have a 30-minute window after checkout to do so.
